U18 Evaluations Sept 16 & 17
U18 evaluations are coming up! If you are wanting to try out please click here to register! Registration is at no cost. Skate times are as follows:
Saturday Sept 16 from 3-5pm
Sunday Sept 17 from 1-3p
The evaluation committee along with consultation with potential coaching staff, the following evaluation process and schedule will be followed for this season:
Thursday September 14 – 8:15-9:15pm Individual skills will be evaluated during the regular hockey camp being led by Dion Knelsen
Saturday September 16 – 3:00 – 5:00pm – Game play scrimmage to evaluate each player in a game setting (potential of 3 on 3 or 4 on 4 scenarios)
Sunday September 17 – 1:00 – 5:00pm – Game play scr4immage to evaluate each player in a game setting (5 on 5 play)
The scrimmage’s on Saturday and Sunday will utilize referees, lineman and time keeper.
During these evaluations, all players will be using Lumberjack game jersey’s. A majority of the players received there respective jersey at yesterday’s camp session. For those that have not, there will be someone at the arena prior to todays time slot.
The evaluation committee will comply all information recorded during these 3 sessions and complete the evaluations and create rosters for the U18-1 and U18-2 Teams. Parents/Players will be notified of their team placement no later than noon on Monday September 18th
